Newport is a 600-acre master-planned mixed-use community, consisting of retail, residential, office, leisure, and entertainment facilities. Located on Jersey City's Hudson River waterfront, the new development is sited opposite Manhattan's World Financial Center.
Since construction began in 1986, $1 billion has been invested and more than 11 million square feet has been constructed at Newport.
